Sienna Plantation spotlights new homes in Village of Sawmill Lake
The newest section of Sienna Plantation, the Village of Sawmill Lake, has been planned to give home buyers a wide array of choices, from low-maintenance patio homes to spacious designs in a gated neighborhood.
The variety of home designs offered in the village’s nine neighborhoods are devised for buyers drawn to Fort Bend because of its wealth of jobs and quality schools.
In addition, it gives choices for current Sienna residents who may be considering downsizing or up sizing, without leaving the community.
“Sienna residents love the amenities, the numerous events and the neighborly camaraderie,” said Alvin San Miguel, general manager of Sienna Plantation. “The new homes in the Village of Sawmill Lake give them options within Sienna Plantation when they are ready to move.”
Home sales have been rapid in the new neighborhoods and builders have planned a number of available homes to be ready in time to move in before the holidays.
“Our builders can accommodate any move-in schedule, with completed home for those needing to relocate immediately to those buyers with the luxury of time who want to select flooring, paint and other options,” he said.
Westin Homes is currently offering seven floor plans ranging from 3,000 square feet to 3,600 square feet, priced from the $360,000’s. They feature open-concept living; circular stairways; downstairs guest suites; Rotunda ceilings plus much more.
The Village of Sawmill Lake is the first collection of neighborhoods in a 3,700-acre addition to Sienna Plantation announced last year. It features 500 home sites.
A new amenity center is planned to open in the neighborhood next year, and Fort Bend Independent School District plans to open an elementary school and middle school in 2017, increasing the number of on-site schools in Sienna Plantation to seven.
