Ridge Creek Elementary

The Ridge Creek Cubs wear their blue and green with pride.  A strong academic curriculum bolstered by highly-trained, nurturing teachers prepares Kindergarten through fifty grade students to excel in middle school and beyond.  Each grade in the certified LEED school has its own specialized wing.  The school also boasts hallway computers, a learning corridor and outdoor learning spaces.

Woodcreek Middle School

Woodcreek students are on a quest for excellence aided by the values of respect, discipline and integrity.  in addition to an effective academic program, Woodcreek students are engaged in a number of elective, extracurricular and athletic activities including the Kickstart Kids Karate program, band, choir, theater, football, track and volleyball.

Summer Creek High School

Designed to make high school a more intimate experience for students, Summer Creek adheres to the concept of small learning communities.  Each Summer Creek Bulldog is assigned a “house” in which they work with an Assistant principal-Counselor pair for all four years at the school.  Math, science, English and social studies classes are attended in the house, while electives are located in a separate wing.  Additionally, students have multiple opportunities to engage in athletic pursuits and extracurricular clubs and organizations.

Balmoral is a 580-acre community is set against a backdrop of area woodlands, just off North Sam Houston Parkway and Woodland Hills Drive. Residents will be able to easily access major employers such as the dynamic Generation Park, a 4,000-acre mixed-use mega development, downtown Houston, and the Texas Medical Center.

The 2-acre crystal clear lagoon, with depths up to 8 feet, will feature a Kid’s Cove and two sand beaches — a Family Beach with cabanas and lounge chairs, and a Serenity Beach for adults. The lagoon will become a signature feature in Balmoral, anchoring the development’s $10 million, 8-acre Amenity Village that includes an infinity-edge pool overlooking the lagoon, a food truck courtyard, hammock park, sand volleyball court, playground and splash pad. A 12-foot wide GreenBoLT trail system will enable residents to walk, bike or take electric golf carts and Segways to Balmoral amenities and points of interest. The Amenity Village is expected to open next summer.

Children will attend the acclaimed Humble ISD neighborhood schools including the on-site Ridge Creek Elementary.

Traveling east on North Sam Houston Parkway East Toll Road take the John Ralston and Lockwood exit. Turn left under the overpass on Lockwood Drive. Go through one light at Sunset Breeze on Lockwood Drive which turns into Woodland Hills. Make a right hand turn onto Balmoral Hills Drive and the first left into the model home park.
