Starts Coordinator Assistant – Houston

Westin Homes is currently accepting resumes for a Starts Coordinator Assistant position. Performs start department functions including maintaining weekly starts list, distribution of plans and plot plans, and preparation of start packets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fill out weekly starts list
  • Distribute plans and plot plans to various vendors
  • Print and prepare all necessary items for start packets each week
  • Collect mail
  • Perform other office duties as requested by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
